It took a little longer to arrive but it was brand new with the access card and I saved over $100 from the school bookstore price so worth the wait.
The book isn't hard cover so I didn't expect it to be in perfect condition. The cover is a little beat up, but there isn't any highlighting or missing pages.

College book at very reasonable price
Not much to say, it is a MGMT book that was required for class. It is what it is. I am not interested in the subject, so that might have some bearing on my opinion.
Decent book. Class text.
Misled and lied to.
Book was listed as new.
Received book very used and missing software. New books come with appropriate software. It was a scam. I need book now or I would return it.
I will never use this source again for school texts and advise all my student friends not to use it. I also work at the Veterans center at school, and will advise my fellow Veterans not to use as it is a ripoff and a scam.
I was deceived and lied to.
